Florals

  • All fresh and preserved floral arrangements are subject to availability.
  • In such cases that a particular flower is unavailable, our skilled florists will select a suitable substitution based on color and shape, of equivalent or greater value.

Colors

  • We try to keep the representation of the colors of our products as accurate as possible. However, due to differences between display monitors, along with the natural variations of our products, the colors you see on your screen are intended only as a guide.

Order, Payment & Delivery

Order

  • All orders are subject to availability.
  • When you place an order through our online store, you will receive a confirmation email stating the details of your order and that is has been received by our customer service team.

Payment

  • Your order will only be processed if full payment details have been received and confirmed.
  • Confirmation of your payment will be sent via email or mobile by our customer care team.

Delivery

  • For your order to be processed and delivered on the required date, you must provide us with complete details as requested during checkout in our online store.
  • Please ensure that you provide an accurate delivery address and contact number so that your order arrives at the correct location.
  • If the recipient does not open the door or respond to mobile correspondence within 10 minutes of our delivery, our courier reserves the right to leave the premises. We will attempt to leave the flowers either in a secure place or with a neighbor. However, in such cases that this is not possible and the recipient is not contactable, the driver is required to return the flowers to our warehouse, for which you will be charged an additional fee for redelivery.
  • La Fleurette strives to provide the best service to all our clients. However, despite our best endeavors, unforeseen factors such as traffic, extreme weather conditions or certain events may prevent us from achieving the satisfaction of our clients. We will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered by the agreed time, factoring in all other orders, commitments, and conditions.
  • We take special care to ensure that deliveries are made on your scheduled day. It is your responsibility to ensure that an authorized person is available at the delivery address to receive your order.
  • Standard deliveries are made between 9 AM to 6 PM, Mondays through Saturdays, for both business and residential destinations.
  • Delivery costs may change due to peak season, e.g. holidays. Our customer service team will be happy to quote you a delivery price via email or mobile before you proceed with your order.
  • For same-day delivery, orders must be placed through our online store and confirmed by our customer service team no later than 12 PM on the same day.
  • On Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other special occasions, when demand for floral arrangements is at its peak, La Fleurette does not guarantee a time for delivery. We will schedule with our courier for the earliest available time and will prioritize places of work to ensure that delivery is completed before the end of business hours.
  • In such cases that delivery cannot be completed due to factors beyond our control (e.g. refused by the intended recipient, hospital department does not accept flowers, the recipient is not known at the delivery address provided), orders may be rerouted at the expense of the client, but shall not be eligible for a refund.
  • Please note that although La Fleurette makes every effort to ensure the safe delivery of your order, we employ the delivery services of third-party couriers such as GrabExpress, Lalamove, and Mr. Speedy, and are therefore unable to fully guarantee safe delivery during transport. Such elements are therefore transported at the client's own risk.
  • La Fleurette seeks to provide quality service and will be the first contact if there is a problem with your delivery either in regards to quantity or quality. We monitor our deliveries closely and it is of the utmost importance to us that our third-party couriers comply with our standards and help us maintain our reputation.

    Damaged Flowers

    • Although we work with our third-party couriers to ensure your floral arrangements arrive in perfect condition, on very rare occasions, flowers arrive at their destination damaged as a result of transport.
    • If the client receives damaged flowers, please contact us within one (1) hour of receiving your order via call/SMS/Viber/WhatsApp at (0917) 552 9876. As we are unable to control the environment in which our floral arrangements are placed during transport, beyond this time limit, we cannot offer a refund.
    • We reserve the right to review any instance of damage on a case-by-case basis. However, once the floral arrangements have been accepted after this first hour, any subsequent damage is the responsibility of the client. Because of their perishable nature, flowers are non-returnable.

    Promotions & Discounts

    • At our discretion, we may promote products at discounted prices from time to time. These discounts are only valid from the time that the promotion is introduced until its end date.
    • If a client places an order and the price of a product is reduced due to a promotional discount, the price of the product at the time of order placement shall prevail. We are unable to apply discounts for orders that have already been received by our customer service team.
    • Our promotions are often presented due to the availability of stocks in our inventory. We may change the terms of our promotions or withdraw them altogether, at any time, and without prior notice.
    • We reserve the right to create special discounts redeemable only by select clients.

    Changes & Cancellations

    • You have the right to change or cancel an order before payment is made. Otherwise, these orders will not be refunded.
    • Any order changed or canceled after payment has been made is considered final and valid and will be processed for delivery by our customer service team.
    • Clients can change or cancel an order by contacting our customer service team via email at customerservice@lafleurette.ph or call/SMS/Viber/WhatsApp at (0917) 552 9876.
    • On a case-by-case basis, we reserve the right to agree to change or cancel any order and our customer service team will inform you when it has been done.
    • You will not be charged for any orders which have been approved for cancellation.

    Refunds

    • We issue refunds in the same method of payment for approved cases of damaged flowers by our customer service team. We reserve the right to review any instance of damage on a case-by-case basis prior to processing a refund.
    • It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that an accurate delivery address, contact number, and an authorized person is available at the delivery address to receive your order.
    • In such cases that delivery cannot be completed due to factors beyond our control (e.g. refused by the intended recipient, hospital department does not accept flowers, the recipient is not known at the delivery address provided), orders may be rerouted at the expense of the client, but shall not be eligible for a refund.
    • When there is a request regarding a refund, we will review each case individually and will endeavor to come to a fair and amicable solution. However, La Fleurette's decision on such matters will be final.
